The current session of Women's Bible Study began on August 23rd. The topic for this session is It's All About Jesus! and will take us through the Gospel of Matthew.

Lies Women Believe Fellowship Hall
Lies Women Believe and the Truth that Sets Them Free compares societal beliefs with biblical truths. It discusses what we as women are conditioned to believe in society and how this negatively affects who God says we are. During this study, we will be looking at lies about God, ourselves, sin, priorities, marriage, children, emotions, and circumstances. Through the discussion of these topics, we can overcome these societal beliefs and learn to rest in God’s promises.

New Start for Single Moms Fellowship Hall
Author Diane Strack wants single moms to understand that they are not alone and that they can be successful in raising their children and overcoming past obstacles. Focus on Jesus Fellowship Hall
This book leads us into intimacy with the Lord (prayer), getting to know who He is, trusting the Lord in all things, understanding who He is in our lives, and walking it out in our own lives (believing it). We will learn to have confidence and assurance, not in ourselves, but in who Christ is in us. We will also learn to appreciate the importance of praying over each other using the Word of God.

It’s All About Jesus – Studies in Matthew Fellowship Hall
Matthew’s gospel focuses on the kingship of Christ, the fact that Jesus is Lord of Lords, the Messiah, and the One promised by the prophets of old. While the Jews were looking for a Savior to save them from Roman oppression, God sent them and the rest of the world a different type of Savior. Highlighting significant cultural and historical aspects that arise in Matthew’s gospel, Dr. Wiersbe paints a clearer picture of the gloriously unexpected, but all-satisfying King of Kings.
