Keeping Calvary's Kids Well
Calvary want's to keep your child healthy as much as you do. Because of this we cannot accept children into class that are sick. If your child has a runny nose, a cold less than a week old, diarrhea, cough, rash, or any other illness, we request that you not place your child in the Children's Ministry until they are not at risk of exposing other children. This will help us keep our Children's Ministry a fun, healthy place to worship.

Arrival
1st through 3rd graders are signed in at the Children's Ministry tables in the Atrium. There are signs that point you to the proper grade sign in area for your child. You will be required to sign your child in and take a number that will be assigned to your child during the service. On Sunday Mornings you will also need to give your child a name tag. When signing your child in be sure to note on the sign in sheet any allergies or special needs your child may have. It is also a good idea to inform the teacher of these needs as well. Once signed in your child will enter a group worship area for 1st through 3rd graders located next to the south sanctuary.
During Service if you are needed your child's number with flash on monitors in the main sanctuaries and other places around campus. If you will be somewhere on campus other than one of the sanctuaries, or HeBrews coffee and tea, make sure to note your location on the sign in sheet so the Children's Ministry Staff can find you if you are needed.
The number provided to you when checking your child in will be needed to check your child out. No child will be released to a parent without the assigned number.

Worship
At Calvary we believe corporate worship is an integral part of our fellowship with God and the body. The first part of the service for 1st through 3rd graders will be a time of praise and worship. Your child will join with other children from his/her age group in worshipping our Lord. This time is also used for skits and drama's.

Bible Study
At Calvary the Bible is central to everything we do. Bible lessons are planned and reinforced with activities, crafts, play, music, and songs appropriate for your childs age. Your child will participate in conversation surrounding the days lesson, and will be memorizing verses from the Bible. Our goal is to help your child come to a deeper knowledge and love of Jesus Christ our Lord. All of our classes will also visit one of our playgrounds designed for their specific age group.

Snacks
We provide age appropriate snacks once they are old enough. Examples of the snacks include vanilla wafers, animal crakers, and cheerios. We also provide the children with water during the snack time. It is important to let us know of any allergies your child may have, please note these on the sign in sheet and let our teachers and helpers know.
