Teaching children, through Sunday school is a great way to learn how to teach, there are many great resources for this available at most churches or Christian bookstores.

There are also good books at Christian book stores on the topic of leading small groups and preparing lessons.

The best way to learn is to begin teaching; choose a book of the Bible and begin reading it. Read it through multiple times, record your thoughts, study things you don't understand and then share what you learn with others.
