If a woman wants to pursue a career that involves long hours, should she stay single?

Answer / Solution

There are several factors that could affect an answer to your question. Would you plan to have children? How would your husband view this situation? It is critical that our marriages should be founded on the principles revealed in God's Word. However, in general, a woman pursuing long hours in a career would not of itself prohibit a marriage relationship.
