Question / Issue
I am an eleven year old girl. In the Bible when God is telling us something to do, why does He always say "man" or "men"? Why doesn't the Bible talk about more girls? Thanks.

Answer / Solution
Unless the subject is specific to men, like "it is good for a man not to touch a woman", the use of the word man or men actually means "mankind", or "people" including both men and women. Some of the Bible translations, like the New Living Translation, have changed a lot of those references to make them less confusing.
