| I know what the bible says about homosexuality, but how do you explain that to someone who says they were born a homosexual. That it is not something they chose? |

You don't really need to have an answer for that question. God's Word clearly defines homosexual activity as sin, and also tells about the consequences awaiting the unrepentent sinner (1 COR 6:9-10). The Bible also says that fornication and adultery is sin, does it matter that men are born with the desire to do that? Of course not, we don't change or ignore what God's Word says just because we have an inborn desire to sin, no matter what the particular sin might be.
The truth is, we are all born in sin, and we all have to repent and receive God's grace in order to be saved. Homosexuals claim what they do is OK, because it's "natural" for them, but almost every kind of sin is "natural" for someone. But God loves all these men and women and wants every one of them to be saved, but we have to repent of sin for that to happen.
