What does God think about progress? If it comes between you and your time with god/church...I am talking about over working in order to take care of your family needs.

Answer / Solution

Progress is good if it doesn't lead to neglect of the things that matter most. God matters most, your family next, then everything else...including progress. Perhaps a deeper analysis of your family needs would reveal that you could live much happier on less money and material pleasures. We recommend that you check out the Crown Financial Ministries class coming up this summer at Calvary.

If it is the case that you absolutey must over-work in order to meet the most basic needs of your family, then this is okay; you may want to explore some efficiencies in time management to make up for lost time at home and with God.
