| Do you write the answers to questions and only post it here? do you also reply to the questioners email address? |

| We answer the questions and then they are posted on the site. Not all of the questions are posted for public view due to the personal nature of some questions. An email is then sent to the questioner letting them know their question has been answered. Our software program doesn’t allow us to send the answer via email only that the question has been answered. |
