| Adam and Eve were the first people ever created. Consequently all people trace their common lineage back to these first parents. It appears that in the early days of humankind, God allowed brothers and sisters to marry and have children. God established a law against this kind of relationship later in Leviticus 18, however, as humanity progressed further and further from His original design. |
