Question / Issue

Is Satan able to predict the future/prophecy in order to claim his message is from God thus fooling believers?

Answer / Solution

Satan is not able to predict the future. Only God is omniscient (all knowing). Satan does know more than we do sometimes, because he sees what's happening in the spiritual realm, and he can observe people when they think no one sees them. For example, he would know if you've been grieving over a broken relationship and might send someone to "prophecy" about that to you in order to mislead you.
