Justin's Bio
I was born and raised right here in Phoenix, Arizona. I grew up in a godly home with parents who loved and cared for my sister and I. At a young age, I accepted Christ as my personal Lord and Savior. However, as I grew up I lived my life on the basis of being saved by my works. I quickly saw that I fell short of God’s standards, so I began living for myself choosing to rebel against all authority. I spent the next couple of years running from what God had planned for me.
My freshman year in high school was the year that my family left the Baptist church that we were attending and moved to Calvary Community. Nowhere had I heard the Bible taught in such a way that I could understand it and apply the truths to my life. It was during my senior year that the Lord revealed to me His grace! I realized that I couldn’t be saved by anything I could do but only by what Christ had already done for me.
At a Calvary summer camp, I re-dedicated my life to the Lord. During the fall of that same year I started attending Calvary Chapel Bible College. It was there that I met my wife, Stephany. After graduating, I married Stephany and we moved to Cottonwood, Arizona where I took the position of Youth Pastor at Calvary Chapel Verde Valley. We would spend the next three years in Cottonwood before we moved to Miskolc, Hungary.
While in Hungary, I pastored Calvary Chapel Miskolc in the northeastern part of the country. After nearly three years in Hungary, the Lord brought us back here to Calvary Community.
