Brad's Bio
I grew up in Amarillo, TX where I graduated from Amarillo High School in 1977. I had been immersed in ministry throughout high school, giving leadership to a large FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) club at school and being deeply involved in the church.
I went to college in Kansas to study the Bible and continued in ministry by leading both a student Bible study and a worship band. I then served two years as a Youth Pastor while continuing my studies in Bible and Philosophy.
In 1982 I moved to Indiana and added Music and Communications/Theater to my studies. While completing degrees in Bible, Communications, and Music, I was very active in the church and was a part of a traveling worship team. It was here that I met Marian, whom I married in 1985 after we both graduated from college.
In January of 1986, we moved to Phoenix to answer the call to Youth and Worship ministries at a Mennonite Church where I served as Associate Pastor for 7 years. Marian and I came to Calvary in December of 1992 to find fellowship and wait on the Lord for direction. In April of 1993, we were asked to lead worship. Two years later I was asked to join the staff at Calvary. |
