Calvary Community Church is not only a great place to be fed the Word, and to fellowship with the body, it is also a great place to serve God's people. We always have room for those who desire to serve the body of Christ with their time and energy. Take a look below at a few of the ways you can help out at Calvary. Children/Youth

Birth-6th Grade
Classes are offered at all services. Teachers and helpers are needed at all grade levels. No experience is necessary as curriculum is provided along with excellent training meetings, a fully stocked supply room and experienced coordinators to come alongside and help you.

Teen Ministries
Adults with a servant's heart are needed to meet the spiritual and personal needs of students.
Missions/Outreach

International Missions
Serve internationally with a missions team.

New Believer Follow-Up
Make follow-up calls to encourage and answer questions for those who have recently accepted Christ as their Savior or made a recommitment.

Prison Ministry
Visit inmates in several prisons across the state, serve as mentor/ teacher/visitor at Adobe Mountain School and correspond with inmates as pen pals.

Street Ministry
Evangelistic outreach and food distribution twice a month. On Saturday Morning.

Women Serving Women
Encourage the women of Calvary who are hurting or in need. Join other ladies who are ministering through preparing and delivering personalized baskets, praying and sharing scripture, and in many other ways.
Prayer

Prayer Partners
Meet together during the Saturday evening and Sunday morning services to pray for Pastor Mark, the service in progress and other ministries on campus.

Prayer Room Counselors
Available to meet in the prayer room with those responding to an invitation to accept Christ or for special prayer needs. Training provided.
Resources

Bookstore
Help customers locate books, music, etc., assist with video rentals, straightening shelves, and cashiering. Weekday & weekend volunteer opportunities are available.

Coffee Shop
Opportunities to help serve customers, clean, cashier and make beverages.

Home Bible Studies
Bible study teachers and host families for mid-week home Bible studies.

Media Ministry
Camera and powerpoint operators, audio and video technicians are needed for all services. Training provided.

Media Resources
Opportunities to serve after each service or weekdays duplicate, label, mail and/or fill special orders.

Morning Watch
Host quiet time and communion from 6:00-9:00 a.m. weekdays.

Worship Ministries
Opportunities to serve as vocalists or instrumentalists in Children's Ministries, Adult Sunday School, Home Bible Studies, and Calvary Worship Teams. Your application, will put you on the call list. Auditions are held periodically.

Spanish Translation
Join our team of volunteers who do simultaneous translation during services.

Clean Team
Flexible times! We have weekly/monthly; morning/afternoon/evening; weekday/weekend; light/medium/heavy work; opportunities available. Some of the areas we serve in are cleaning toys in Children Ministry; cleaning chairs; stocking and maintaining children's classrooms with supplies; touch up, clean the campus during a Sunday Morning Service.

Communion Preparation
Prepare bread and juice trays for communion on Sunday evening and for special services.

Hospitality
Assist with food preparation and service for luncheons, memorial services and special ministry events.

Manna Ministry
Clip coupons and grocery shop to help stock our food pantry.

Meals Ministry
Provide meals for Calvary families in emergency situations.

Social Events
Volunteers on call for special social events. Includes set up, food service, clean up, etc.

Ushers
Available before and during services to assist and seat the congregation, serve communion and collect offerings.

Welcome Ministry
Cheerfully welcome people, distribute bulletins, and help guests feel at home by greeting them as they arrive and helping them around our campus.
